By designing into the equipment self-adjusting work piece clamps for different thicknesses of material, we were able to help the customer achieve simple and accurate drilling options that they were unable to take advantage of with their older system.

The material type ranges widely for this customer so adjustability in feed rate, RPM rate, clamping ability and more is critical. Linear adjusting drills were incorporated for different hole spacing options. Optional peck and standard drill ability was included so that deep holes could also be drilled in a single operation.
