Both of these five spindle gang drill heads were made custom for customers.

The top is an ER20 / Jacobs Chuck style head for a customer drilling a smaller five hole pattern.

The bottom is a much larger ER32 designed head made for a spool or reel company. When you see large rolls of wire being used by someone, they come on a reel. These reels have a five hole pattern on both ends. A large center hole for the spool spindle and the four outer holes for tie rods.
